Join us for a Day of Mindfulness at Upper Hamlet with the whole Plum Village community. The teaching will be given by a Plum Village Dharma Teacher, as part of the Plum Village 2014-2015 Winter Retreat. (Language to be confirmed)

Please arrive in the Meditation Hall by 8.45am to settle in.

Sitting meditation will start promptly at 9am, followed by the Dharma Talk.

There will be a short break before Walking Meditation, which will be followed by a mindful meal in the meditation hall.

The afternoon program will be announced on the day.

The bookshop will be open after the Dharma Talk and after lunch.

Please bring appropriate footwear for muddy paths.
