Join us for a Day of Mindfulness in Lower Hamlet.

Thich Nhat Hanh will be giving a Dharma Talk in English as part of the Plum Village 2014 Spring Retreat.

Please arrive in the Meditation Hall by 8.45am to settle in. Sitting meditation will start promptly at 9am, followed by Mindful Movements with Thay, Chanting, and then the Dharma Talk in English. There will be a short break before Walking Meditation, which will be followed by a Formal Lunch (a mindful meal) in the meditation hall. The afternoon program will be announced on the day.
