Our “Mindful Living” retreats are particularly suited for beginners but are also suitable for those who are more experienced wishing to renew their practice. We live together for a few days within a schedule designed to help us be more mindful in everything we do, whether that is washing dishes, chopping vegetables, setting up the meditation hall, or participating in activities such as sitting or walking meditation. Living together in a group is a large part of the experience, and can be very supportive in its collective energy, as well as providing us with valuable challenges.
