You will have a chance to experience first-hand the interconnection between earth, rain, sun, and seed with the hands and feet of a \u201cfarmer\u201d. The farms use a variety of organic and regenerative methods. We practice mindfulness in our work as part of our vision of promoting wellbeing for individuals, society, and the earth (read more on <a href=\"https:\/\/thehappyfarm.org\/\">thehappyfarm.org<\/a>). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During this week of practice, we will experience together what it means to bring mindfulness to work through mindful service at the Happy Farm and in the community. We will have the beautiful mission to plant trees in different areas of the hamlet, while also taking care and harvesting vegetables and preparing the farm for winter. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We will enjoy together the Plum Village mindfulness practices such as sitting meditation, walking meditation and Dharma sharing during the week.
