As the third jewel of Buddhism, Sanghas offer a deep well of support and wisdom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We encourage everyone to join a sangha near you, or participate in activities with a community of mindfulness practice so you can profit from the collective energy of mindfulness, peace and joy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p>Without a sangha you lose your practice very soon.<\/p><cite>Thich Nhat Hanh<\/cite><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>In the Plum Village tradition, there are <a href=\"https:\/\/plumvillage.org\/monastic-practice-centres\/\" class=\"advanced-url  \" target=\"\" data-link-description=\"See all the Mindfullness Practice Centers within the Plum Village Tradition.\" data-link-type=\"website\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Mindfulness Practice Centers<\/a> in Europe, Asia and America, with communities of monks, nuns, lay men and lay women. There are also dozens of lay Mindfulness Practice Centers worldwide, and over 1,000 <strong>lay sanghas<\/strong> who meet up regularly in towns and cities for evenings, mornings, or days of mindfulness practice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">International Sangha Directory<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Find a <strong>lay sangha<\/strong> (local or online) in the Sangha Directory on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.plumline.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Plumline website<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Plumline website is a support center by lay practitioners for anyone wishing to find, establish, build, and maintain a sangha.
