Letting Go – A Factor of Enlightenment | Dharma Talk by Br Pháp Lai, 2017.10.01Letting go can be an attitude in every element of our daily life, of our practice. Gently, we bring our awareness to what is happening in this moment. Walking in the woods, when we stop, we start to hear the life around us. When we understand, we are able to let go.
Letting go is one of the seven factors of enlightenment, one of the three doors of liberation, and one of the four immeasurable abodes of true love.
