Online Mindfulness Practice Session on Thursdays (Magnolia Grove Monastery) in English

Dear beloved friends,

You are invited to join us on Zoom for our  Online Mindfulness Practice Session on Thursdays with Magnolia Grove Monastics. Different monastics will facilitate the practice session.

The program will be as follows (subject to change):

– 5′ introduction
– 15′ guided meditation,
– 20′ Dharma talk
– 20′ Gallery Sharing / Sharing in small breakout groups / Questions and Answers

Newcomers welcome. No previous experience with meditation required.

When:  Thursdays at 5:00PM – 6:00 PM US Central Time
No sessions during holidays and in-person retreats at Magnolia Grove Monastery

Please register in advance for this meeting (please click here): After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting. We look forward to seeing you there!

Livestreaming: Many people have asked us to record the sessions and make them available for later viewing so some of the sessions are live streamed to youtube.com/magnoliagrovempc or/and facebook.com/magnoliagrovemonastery

You will be informed by the facilitator if the session is livestreamed.

What to Wear: Please wear casual and modest clothing that is comfortable for sitting (i.e. long sleeve shirt (shirt covering shoulders), long pants (below the knees), loose fitting clothes…).

Special request: Your happy smile, peaceful sitting posture, and joyful presence are the greatest gifts to those who attend the session. Therefore, we warmly invite you to have your camera on during the session so we can all benefit from the collective energy :).
