Join us for one week of mindfulness practice
with the New Hamlet sisters this Spring
The New Hamlet sisters warmly welcome you to a relaxed and joyful week of mindful living together.
This immersive experience will include Dharma talks from Plum Village teachers, as well as sitting meditations, chanting sessions, walking meditations, mindful meals in community, mindful “service meditation”, deep listening in groups , and a “lazy day” to truly rest and unwind.
Teachings and practice sessions will be offered mainly in English with French interpretation.
We look forward to practicing together.

The schedule will be slightly different from day to day but a typical day will look something like this:
5:00am: Wake Up
5:30am: Sitting Meditation
(followed by Sutra Reading / Touching the Earth / Slow Walking Meditation)
9:30am: Dharma Talk / Presentation
11:30am: Walking meditation
1:30pm: Rest / Optional Guided Relaxation
3:00pm: Service Meditation/Dharma Sharing
5:30pm: Light dinner
7:30pm: Sitting Meditation/ another collective practice/ Personal study time
9.30pm: Noble Silence begins
10pm: Lights out
