1. 好眠 
2. 醒來時,感到心境光明舒坦 
3. 不受惡夢騷擾 
4. 廣受喜愛 
5. 可見或不可見的生命都喜歡與之親近 
6. 受諸神護佑 
7. 不受火、毒、刀劍傷害,更不需特別防範 
8. 很容易就可達禪觀境界 
9. 容貌光明清淨 
10. 過世時,心清念明 
11. 往生梵天,繼續修行

慈悲的生活,是最高貴的生活。
