At the heart of the practice taught lies the art of mindful breathing, serving as the foundation for emotional and mental stability, similar to the unchanging solidity of a mountain. By embracing calm, freeing oneself from wrong perceptions, and drawing from the tranquility induced by meditation, the invitation is to become a disciple and friend of the Buddha to integrate his wisdom and peace into the daily aspects of life. Through creative visualization and deep contemplation of nature, the recognition of the interconnectedness and interbeing of everything in the universe is revealed, illuminating the path towards profound inner harmony and reconciled relationships, especially with our parents.

This understanding culminates in the realization that spirituality and mindfulness infuse every daily gesture, from the most ordinary to the deliberate acts of meditation and rituals. Daily life then transforms not only into a fertile field for the practice of mindfulness but also into an expression of the poetry of existence, where each moment is lived with deeper attention and appreciation. By consciously cultivating serenity, solidarity, and compassion in daily routines, the path is drawn towards a life enriched by love and a crystalline understanding of our deep connection with all beings.
