He encourages practicing mindfulness in every step and daily action, maintaining the spirit of solitude and mindfulness. He stresses the importance of the Sangha and precepts in overcoming difficulties and attaining true happiness. He warns about the danger of giving up when facing challenges and encourages maintaining the ideal of ordination. He emphasizes that happiness lies in each person’s heart, achieved through each mindful step and breath.
