This talk details the continuous cycle of existence and karma, emphasizing the importance of right thinking, speech, and actions. Karma manifests through thoughts, words, and deeds, impacting ourselves and others. Cultivating compassion, forgiveness, and love generates good karma, healing ourselves and the world. The Buddha teaches practicing right thinking, speech, and action as part of the Noble Path. Karma as a cause leads to karma as a fruit, with outcomes that can be immediate or take time to ripen. Addressing negative deeds promptly can transform past karma. Supporting someone in their final moments involves acknowledging their goodness and nurturing positive seeds. The essence transcends the physical body, embodying the Buddha’s teachings of no birth, no death, no coming, no going. Embracing these teachings leads to true happiness and liberation from fear and attachment.
