This talk details mindfulness practice as vital energy bringing us back to ourselves, enabling us to embrace and transform inner struggles, fostering healing and clarity in personal, family, and business aspects. Through mindfulness, we gain insight to heal suffering, allowing us to be fully present. Mindfulness involves acts like lighting incense, holding a child’s hand, drinking tea, mindful breathing, walking, listening, and practicing “Telephone Meditation.” Walking meditation involves mindful steps, focusing on each step without distractions, connecting deeply with life’s wonders. Mindfulness nurtures peace and transforms us, enabling care for ourselves and others, grounding us in the present moment. Through practices like mindful breathing and walking meditation, we cultivate awareness, peace, freedom, and happiness.
