Practicing Peace
The details of this discussion highlight the practice of inner peace through mindfulness and conscious breathing. The community of practice, or Sangha, plays an essential role by offering support and grounding. The true practice consists of tasting peace and happiness from the very beginning, by touching our heart and fully living each moment.
