Positive, in order to be able to transform afflictions and pain into peace, joy, and happiness: to recognize and transform negative energies thanks to the energy of mindfulness (Smṛtibāla), which is equivalent to the Holy Spirit. It anchors us in the here and the now, allowing us to come into direct and deep contact with life. We can cultivate it in our daily actions:

  1. Learning to wash the dishes
  2. Learning to walk
  3. Learning to speak
  4. Learning to breathe
  5. Learning to eat
  6. Learning to drink

The Sangha is indispensable to support this practice: surrounded by brothers and sisters who walk, eat, breathe, and look in mindfulness, we forge new habits (three weeks, 21 days are enough) and we recognize the energy of habit (tập khí) in order to transform it. A true Sangha contains the Dharma, visible and samdristika (the quality of seeing for oneself in the present moment). The Buddha is not an external deity but the nature of awakening, understanding, and compassion in each one of us: to walk, to speak, to eat, and to look like a Buddha allows us to manifest paradise here and now.
