"The Eyes of the Buddha: Embracing Interconnectedness and Ultimate Reality"
This talk details a special 21-day retreat in Plum Village focusing on “The Eyes of the Buddha,” reflecting on the interconnectedness of all phenomena through the meditation theme “Ten thousand things go to one. One goes to where?” It explores concepts like being and non-being, birth and death, individuality and interconnectedness, historical and ultimate dimensions, Suchness, Nirvana, and transformation. Through meditation, we realize interconnectedness, transcend notions of creation and destruction, and find joy in renewal. Embrace the cycle of existence, realizing our essence transcends birth and death, touching ultimate reality, Nirvana, within us. Sharing teachings in China with 182 participants brought joy and healing.
