The Noon Meal Ceremony
“The Practice of Unfolding the Thousand-Petaled Lotus” is a series of Dharma talks given by Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh during the years 1997-1999, offering detailed explanations of the sutras, chants, and verses found in the book “Chanting from the Heart” (the 2000 edition, later supplemented with some new chants but retaining the essential content). Through this series of teachings, listeners gain a deeper understanding of the meaning and methods of practicing the sutras and chants used in daily practice sessions. Due to the technical limitations at the time of recording, the audio and video quality is not high.
