Freedom From Anger

Public
From the Living Gems Curation Team

This collection is a journey of working through anger as and when it comes up.

In the first six chapters, Thay introduces anger as a poison of the mind and body before exploring the conditions that feed and sustain it.

In the next five chapters, Thay teaches practical ways to recognize, embrace and transform our anger. He uses images that help us vizualize mindfulness as a nurturing energy capable of soothing our anger back to sleep.

In the last five chapters, once we have been able to hold and transform our anger, Thay teaches how to think, speak and act in a way that doesn’t water the seeds of anger in us or others.

May you be light, happy and filled with ease.
