4 Mantras of Love
The details of this discussion include the importance of returning to the present moment to find joy and happiness, offering one’s full presence as proof of love, practicing mindful breathing and walking to bring happiness and miracles, and using mantras to cultivate love and transformation. Mindfulness helps to recognize the presence of the other and to express gratitude and true love. The five mindfulness trainings protect oneself and loved ones, and living according to these trainings helps to protect the planet. Cultivating a vast heart with true love, loving-kindness, compassion, and joy allows for a deep understanding of others. Practicing diligence helps to transform negative emotions into positive ones. Mindfulness helps to recognize and manage anger, bringing inner peace. Cultivating inner peace with mindful breathing, walking, and noble silence promotes relaxation and healing.
