A Thousand-Petaled Lotus Blooms: Understanding the Chanting Book
“The Practice of Unfolding the Thousand-Petaled Lotus” (CPNĐSNC) is a series of Dharma talks in which Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh gives detailed explanations of sutras, chants, and verses found in the book “Chanting from the Monastery” (2000 edition). Through these teachings, listeners can gain a deeper understanding of the content of the sutras and chants used in daily practice. Although there are now newer versions of “Chanting from the Monastery” with some additional chants, all the essential sutras and chants remain unchanged. This series of Dharma talks was recorded between 1997 and 1999, so the audio and video quality is limited due to the technology available at that time.
