He also spoke about understanding and accepting suffering to achieve happiness, emphasizing the interconnectedness of all life and the ability to transform negative karma through Mindfulness, Concentration, Insight, and Loving-Kindness. He concluded with an encouragement to maintain long-term practice and enhance the quality of life.
