To transform past pain, practice is key. Live deeply in the present, connecting joyfully with nature and others. Focus on the positive qualities in people, not dwelling on past difficulties. By nurturing positivity like flowers, negative emotions will diminish, leading to a fruitful outcome. In Buddhism, transforming sadness into joy is possible. You can change negative situations without seeking new surroundings or relationships. Transformation is achievable within the familiar. Cultivating positivity through actions like walking, breathing, smiling, and showing compassion can shift negative energies. By practicing this, you can experience joy and happiness.
