In Plum Village, mindful breathing and listening to the bell guide us to our true home, a place of tranquility and security. Vacations often leave us exhausted, yearning for home, highlighting the restless cycle of seeking solace elsewhere. True home lies within, surpassing mere concepts or feelings. Mindfulness reveals connections to our womb sanctuary, embodying deep peace. Buddha taught that nurturing mindfulness, akin to tending soil, leads to enlightenment. The Sangha, embodying Buddha and Dharma, fosters collective mindfulness, guiding each member to their true home. Embrace imperfections within the Sangha for growth. Mindfulness nurtures transformation, akin to a hen incubating eggs. Avoid blaming others; cultivate mindfulness to transform negative patterns. Respect Dharma siblings, honor elder teachings, and give the benefit of the doubt. Mindfulness reveals joy in simple acts, guiding us to ultimate truths. Embrace Sangha, nurture seeds of joy and peace, and dwell in the ultimate reality of being home in the present moment.
