A Bodhisattva, awakened and compassionate, cannot ignore suffering. Obstacles teach young Buddhists vital lessons, reflecting interconnectedness. Smiling at the world elicits smiles in return, while anger begets anger and rejection. Practice mindfulness to find peace without needing external comforts. Speak kindly to bring happiness to yourself and others, fostering joy and connection. Practice mindful breathing to cultivate qualities like patience, love, and faith. Recognize interconnectedness with all beings, practicing loving kindness to reduce suffering. Understanding oneself and others alleviates suffering and cultivates happiness. Practice mindfulness and embrace cosmic love, finding peace and joy in the present moment. Reflect on past experiences and be present for others, caring for oneself and all beings.
