He offers concrete practices for embracing our despair and encourages us to be in touch with our ancestors for support and healing. He also teaches ways to cultivate love and understanding.
This is the sixth talk in a series of thirteen given during The Eyes of The Buddha, twenty-one-day retreat in the year 2000. Thay offered this talk at the Lower Hamlet, Plum Village. France.
