Breathing in, I see the element of air within me. I also see the element of water within me. I see as well the element of earth within me. I see the clouds, the snow, the rain, and the rivers within me. I see the atmosphere. I see the wind, the forests within me. I see the mountains and the oceans within me. I see Mother Earth within me.

Breathing out, I smile to Mother Earth within me. I am one with Mother Earth, the most beautiful planet in this whole galaxy.

Like the Buddha Shakyamuni, I am a child of Father Sun. I am the Buddha Amitabha, the Buddha of Infinite Light. I am the Buddha Amitayus, the Buddha of Infinite Life.

Breathing out, I smile to the sun within me. I am the sun. I am a star, one of the greatest stars in this galaxy.
