This talk details mindful walking as the practice of being fully present with each step, feeling the connection between foot and earth, and uniting mind and body to touch life deeply. Through mindfulness, freedom from worries about past and future is achieved, embodying peace like Buddha. Each step should be coordinated with breath, saying “I have arrived” to stay present. True home is in the present moment, where life exists deeply. Adjust breath cycle for comfort, allowing breath to guide naturally. Embrace walking meditation to halt inner race, live deeply, transform patterns, find joy, healing, and connection to Earth. Happiness blooms here and now, free from negative emotions. Repeat “I have arrived, I am here” to anchor in mindfulness, finding freedom and solidity in present moment. Embrace wonders of life, body, and collective energy of Sangha for ease and peace. Sing “I Have a Life, I Have Arrived, I Am Home” to anchor in present moment, feeling solid and free.
