When I began my journey as an artist, I used a book called Tien Nhat Dung Thek Yau, which contains poems for mindful living. Cultivating mindfulness through breathing and meditation reveals clarity and inner harmony. Listening to Dharma talks nurtures wisdom, inspiring mindful living. Practice texts like Prajnaparamita, Rangnakuta, Avatamsaka, Vimalakirti Sutra, Lotus Sutra, and 50 verses of Vijnana Vajra offer a solid foundation for mindfulness and meditation.
