The details of this discussion focus on the practice of mindfulness at Plum Village in December 2007, where breathing and walking are used for healing and transformation. Breathing connects body and mind, with each cell being invited to participate to create a harmonious energy. Mindfulness illuminates the mind, awakening inner and outer knowledge. By meditating together, each cell becomes an integral part of the group, generating a beneficial collective energy. This collective practice amplifies individual energy, allowing the recognition and transformation of pain. The Sangha, breathing together, becomes a single powerful organism, following the principle of the Avatamsaka Sutra. This union helps to deeply touch the present moment, inviting the ancestors to walk together, thus finding reconciliation and transformation.
