Me, My Body, My Mind
This talk details right thinking, speech, and action, crucial for well-being, and involves compassion, joy, and avoiding harm. Right understanding, meditation, and removing five wrong views are essential. Buddhism identifies the self as composed of five aggregates: form, feelings, perceptions, mental formations, and consciousness, constantly changing like rivers. Understanding involves recognizing interconnectedness and avoiding extreme views of birth, death, permanence, and impermanence. Buddhism teaches letting go of rigid beliefs and practices, emphasizing liberation from attachment. Nirvana represents perfect freedom, achieved through non-attachment to views and teachings.
