Unskillful actions can cause wounds in the heart, lingering for a long time. Practice deep breathing sincerely to heal wounds and nurture inner peace. Walking meditation connects us deeply with peace and beauty, touching the earth mindfully. Practice mindfulness to embrace the wonders of life, extending love and compassion to all. Understanding perception reveals interconnectedness, fostering inner peace. Practice mindfulness diligently, inviting partners gently. Focus on wholesome elements for inner transformation and societal peace. Practice mindfulness in writing and interactions, nurturing deeper connections. Continue with walking meditation.
