Mindfulness is the best protection for the six sense organs
The talk begins by recalling the principles of safe intestinal cleansing: one should watch the instructional video and listen to the audio guide before practicing, use supportive herbs such as Cardinorma (10 drops, 3 times a day) to support the heart, Basenpulver salt (2 teaspoons in the morning, 1 teaspoon at noon and in the afternoon) to replenish electrolytes, cleanse with magnesium, drink plenty of water and urinate frequently to detoxify, along with Solidagoren to support the kidneys, and perform enemas 3–4 times a day. Each year, it is recommended to cleanse the intestines 1–2 times, each session lasting about 10–15 days, while also practicing breathing and walking meditation to help toxins leave through the lungs and pores, maintaining stable health.
Next, mindfulness is introduced as a protective energy, guarding the six sense organs and the territory of the five aggregates. Mindfulness is the capacity to recognize here and now in order to protect body and mind from the “undercurrents” of suffering, anger, or doubt. The six sense organs are:
- Eyes
- Ears
- Nose
- Tongue
- Body
- Mind
And there are two main kinds of food that need to be consumed with mindfulness:
- Edible food – food and drink taken in through the mouth
- Sense impression food – impressions received through the eyes, ears, nose, tongue, body, and mind
Walking, standing, lying down, sitting meditation, walking meditation, chanting… all are practices to nourish and protect body and mind, keeping the “boat” of life from sinking in the ocean of forms, sounds, smells, tastes, touch, and objects of mind.
