Permanent Impermanent (part 1)
Witnessing a serene drawing of the Buddha sparked a deep aspiration for tranquility, inspiring a path beyond political solutions to suffering. Siddhartha sought truth and beauty to alleviate suffering, akin to confused young people today. Becoming like a Buddha is achievable through practicing peace, love, and understanding. At 11, a picnic climb to Nasher mountain led to a spiritual awakening at a refreshing well, symbolizing profound satisfaction. Siddhartha’s compassionate service offers inspiration amidst suffering intertwined with happiness. Cultivating mindfulness, compassion, and understanding alleviates suffering, connecting us to all beings. Mindful breathing harmonizes the five elements within, creating inner Sangha. Practice grounding emotions like a tree in a storm, focusing on mindful breathing to calm and recognize emotions as impermanent. Cultivate mindfulness daily, guiding towards peace and connection, embodying Dharma, and nurturing an inner sanctuary for resilience and stability.
