Public Dharma Talk Paris 3
Through mindfulness and meditation, a path opens to embrace the universality of love, transcending duality and internal conflicts to reveal profound understanding and compassion. To meditate is to recognize pain, to welcome our negative emotions as fields of learning, and to transform our mental disturbances into peace. By practicing mindfulness, we can heal our heart and mind, recognize suffering from a perspective of non-duality, and respond to it with deep love. The awareness of our common suffering, cultivated through solitary or collective practices, enlightens us about our divine connection, allowing us to explore and heal the layers of our being with compassion. This approach also embraces the care of our physical well-being, reminding us of the importance of gratitude towards the often-neglected elements of our existence. Mindfulness thus unfolds as a light illuminating our inner landscape, inviting us to take care of ourselves with love, at every moment, transforming each step into an opportunity to reconnect with the joy and peace that reside at the heart of our being.
