Feedback

This is a Q&A session exclusively for the monastic family, without lay friends, with the presence of senior Dharma Teachers who have practiced for many years and Sister Chan Duc returning from afar.

The questions asked in this session include:

  1. How can we avoid saying hurtful words to others when we are not ourselves, in order to satisfy our anger?
  2. Regarding the art of being an elder brother or sister, how can we meet all the needs of the younger siblings and share in a way that is not received as scolding?
  3. How can we live happily within the richness of the Sangha when witnessing things that are hard to understand, or feeling that things are not spiritual or mindful compared to Thay’s teachings?
  4. How can we accept faults and habit energies so that wrong perceptions do not become an obstacle when approaching those around us, especially our peers?
  5. How can we communicate better and share our joy between different centers when we are far apart?
  6. Please share about the practice of not wearing socks even when the weather is very cold?
  7. When organizing sports or group games, do the sisters and brothers have to play separately to avoid accidental physical contact?
  8. When is it important to practice Beginning Anew, and is it enough to just understand oneself and the other person better, or is Beginning Anew still necessary for the harmony of the Sangha?
