Mindfulness practice and sexual energy

Ty, this evening there were a number of questions about mindfulness practice and sexual energy. And you've been invited to speak about practicing and working with sexual energy in general. And specifically, whether you have any observations on practicing with loyalty among spouses and partners, including gay and lesbian partners?

Sexual energy is only one kind of energy. And if we go back to its source, we cannot name it. At the source, that energy can be channeled into other directions. If you have so many things that are interesting for you to follow, to realize, then that initial energy will be channeled into these directions.
