Good morning, dear friends, today we have a question and answer session. A good question, a question that has something to do with suffering, with the practice, a well-asked question can benefit many friends. So, please ask the question from your heart. If a question has been born in your heart, I invite you to come and sit next to Thay.

And you will take your turn sitting in this chair so that everyone can see you. Before we ask the question, we will listen to one sound of the bell together. So...

Dear Thay, dear Sangha. Yesterday, you told us three times that we cannot survive without food. I recently saw a film that deeply unsettled and intrigued me, a film called Light, by an Austrian director named Peter Arthur Straubinger, and this gentleman brought to light the idea that we can nourish ourselves solely on prana. The nourishment of prana. So, beyond what might just seem like a sensational story, is there any truth to this prana? Can we nourish ourselves on light alone? In this film, we saw testimonies from people, even scientists, who experienced being nourished for years without eating or drinking, relying only on the energy of prana. That is my question, dear Thay.
