Questions and Answers: Summer Opening 2013, Session Number Four

In this session of questions and answers the following questions were asked:
By the children:
- What can I do so that my brother and I don’t hurt each other with fighting and arguing?
- How can I avoid getting too stressed at school?
- Why did you choose to make Plum Village?
- How can I get myself to sleep quickly when I have to get up early?
- If there is an end to the world, do you think everything else also ends?
By the teens and young adults:
- How do you feel when you are deep in meditation?
- Have you developed theories of the universe?
- How can one be a more mindful student?
By the adults:
- How can I combine the smiling culture of Plum Village with the non-smiling culture of Japanese Zen practice?
- How can the teachings help the people of Spain where unemployment is very high and we have a political crisis?
- Can a person be mindful and still be connected to smartphones and social media? How does it affect deep listening skills?
