Reconciliation Is The Way
The details of this discussion include spiritual practice to face life’s challenges, by cultivating the dharmakaya to move towards happiness and peace. There are two paths: one towards well-being and the other towards suffering. The four truths seen through interbeing show the interconnectedness of opposites, where suffering is necessary to cultivate happiness. Mindfulness and compassion allow us to deeply understand our suffering and find liberation. Identifying the sources of nourishment for our ill-being helps to begin the healing. Each daily task can be a practice of mindfulness to fully live awakening. Inner peace, or nirvana, is accessible here and now through the transformation of negative emotions. Understanding impermanence and non-self helps to transcend suffering. Nirvana is linked to samsara, and transforming our afflictions leads to lasting peace.
