Finding Freedom and Home in Mindful Walking
Thầy explores the habit of running toward past regrets and future worries, and teaches how mindfulness can free us to live deeply in the present moment. Through walking and breathing meditation, he shows how each step can bring us home to the “here and now,” where the Kingdom of God and the Pure Land are already available. Using simple phrases such as “I have arrived, I am home” and “I am solid, I am free,” Thầy illustrates how mindful walking cultivates solidity, freedom, joy, and healing. He further connects this practice to touching the ultimate dimension of life, helping practitioners transform fear and rediscover peace in every step.
