This talk details walking meditation, led by the wisdom of the Buddha, to connect deeply to the present moment and celebrate life. Each mindful step unites mind and body, letting go of past and future to find freedom from regret, fear, and confusion. By mastering this practice, we bring forth the Pure Land here and now, experiencing its wonders and becoming a part of it. Walking mindfully, we are protected by the Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha’s energy, with our breath guiding our steps. This practice allows us to experience happiness, peace, and love in the present moment, finding healing and nourishment. In the collective energy of a group, we are embraced and carried by the sangha’s power. By staying mindful, we remain in a pure land of peace and joy, accessible here and now. Through mindful practices like breathing and walking, we can be truly alive in the present moment, making the Pure Land portable wherever we go. Join together to create a strong energy of mindfulness and peace, nurturing us all.
