Good
morning,
dear
friends.
When
you
have
time,
when
you
are
alone,
if
you
have
about
ten
minutes,
you
can
try
slow
walking
meditation.
When
we
do
walking
meditation
together,
we
can
walk
faster,
in
a
natural
way.
We
take
a
stroll.
We
take
a
stroll
in
the
kingdom
of
God,
in
the
Buddha's
Pure
Land.
You
can
begin
to
train
yourself
in
slow
walking
meditation.
You
have
five
minutes,
ten
minutes,
that
is
enough.
You
take
an
in-breath.
And
during
the
in-breath,
you
take
only
one
step.
Only
one
step.
Bring
your
attention
to
the
sole
of
your
foot
and
become
aware
of
the
contact
between
your
foot
and
the
ground.
And
try
to
arrive
in
the
here
and
the
now.
There
are
those
among
us
who
can
do
it.
With
just
one
step,
we
arrive
in
the
here
and
the
now.
And
you
can
say,
silently,
I
have
arrived.
I
have
arrived
means
I
have
arrived
in
the
present
moment,
in
the
here
and
the
now.
And
it
is
not
a
verbal
declaration,
it
is
a
realization.
It
is
important
to
truly
arrive
with
a
step.
That
step
brings
you
back
to
the
present
moment
where
you
have
an
appointment
with
life.
That
is
to
say,
life
is
available
only
in
the
present
moment.
You
agree
with
this.
The
Buddha
said
that
the
past
is
no
longer
there.
The
future
is
not
yet
here.
There
is
only
one
moment
when
you
can
truly
live
your
life,
and
that
is
the
present
moment.
So
you
have
an
appointment
with
life
in
the
present
moment.
And
if
you
miss
the
present
moment,
you
miss
your
appointment
with
life.
Therefore,
your
step
is
to
bring
you
back
to
the
present
moment
so
you
can
