The Discourse on the Mirror
“The Practice of Unfolding the Thousand-Petaled Lotus” is a series of Dharma talks in which Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh gives detailed explanations of sutras, chants, and verses found in the 2000 edition of the book “Chanting from the Monastic Daily Recitation.” Although more recent editions have added a few new chants, the main body of essential recitations remains unchanged, and through this series of talks, listeners will gain a more thorough understanding of the content of daily practice sessions.
These Dharma talks were given during the period from 1997 to 1999; due to the technical conditions at that time, the audio and video quality is not very sharp.
