The Joy of the Practice Without Struggle 1
This talk details Plum Village’s 26th summer opening, lasting four weeks, now joined by 4,000 practitioners from 45 countries. Plum Village monks, nuns, and lay practitioners teach mindfulness, with some now Dharma teachers. Even brief moments of sitting mindfully can spread peace and joy.
