"The Mantras of Presence and Compassion in Relationships"

The first mantra is “Darling, I am here for you,” emphasizing the union of body and mind to offer authentic presence. The second mantra, “Darling, I know you are there and I am happy,” acknowledges the precious presence of the other. The fourth mantra consists of recognizing one’s own suffering caused by a loved one and asking for help, thus practicing forgiveness.
