“The Practice of Opening the Lotus of a Thousand Petals” is a series of Dharma talks in which Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh offers detailed explanations of sutras, gathas, and chants from the book “Chanting from the Heart” (Zen Chanting Book, 2000 edition). Although newer editions of the book have added some new chants, the main sutras and chants remain unchanged, and through this series of teachings, listeners can thoroughly understand the meaning and methods of practicing the daily recitations in their daily practice. These Dharma talks were recorded between 1997 and 1999, so the audio and video quality may be limited.
