Touching the Pure Land in the Present Moment
The details of this discussion include the practice of acceptance as opposed to tolerance, the nature of true love, different forms of attention, and what awaits us after death. The integration of meditation and mindfulness into daily life is addressed, despite the lack of time to practice walking meditation. Anger varies from person to person, and it is essential to communicate openly about our emotions. Using a bell to return to oneself and practice mindfulness helps to regain inner peace and stability. Setting up a meditation room at home, practicing conscious breathing, walking meditatively, and observing our habits are ways to cultivate mindfulness. Each breath and each step are miracles that allow us to live fully in the present moment, thus finding joy and inner freedom.
