Transformation at the Base (1)
The details of this discussion explain that nirvana is a reality to be experienced and that freeing oneself from the concepts of impermanence, non-self, and nirvana opens the door to liberation. Awareness of impermanence, non-self, and nirvana guides towards a right view of reality. Interbeing means that everything depends on everything else to exist, and realizing interbeing reveals the deep nature of things. Mindfulness transforms our thoughts and nurtures the seeds of awakening present in each of us, allowing the flower of right view to blossom in the mental consciousness. By fully living in the present moment, we touch the past and the future, facilitating healing. The Buddhist practice aims to acquire non-fear through interbeing, allowing us to navigate the ocean of life with compassion. Awakening is found at the heart of afflictions, and practicing in community is essential to transform daily life.
