Katagiri Roshi’s teachings on impermanence resonated deeply, challenging concepts of permanence and emphasizing staying present amidst life’s transient nature. Zen teachings continued through profound experiences, including Roshi’s passing, emphasizing interconnectedness and accepting life’s impermanence. Lazy Days and moments of rest are valuable practices, emphasizing the importance of turning inward and embracing relaxation.
