This talk details the importance of forming a Sangha for sustaining mindfulness practice, encouraging weekly meditation, Dharma talks, meals, and inviting monastics occasionally. Mindfulness involves practicing daily activities like drinking tea, breathing, walking, loving, and managing emotions like anger with gentle mindfulness. Mindfulness keeps us alive and present, enabling us to offer loving presence to beloved ones through simple mantras like “Darling, I am here for you.” Mindfulness fosters immediate happiness, reduces suffering, and strengthens connections. Practice compassionate listening and loving speech to heal relationships, acknowledging suffering and responding with empathy. Through retreats and mindful practices, reconciliation and transformation are possible, fostering unity and harmony within the Sangha. Seek refuge in Buddha, Lama, and Sangha for guidance and community support, aspiring to recognize awakened nature and build hopeful communities.
